First City Church Service

Every Sunday we offer a live service at our building, 1301 E Gadsden Street Pensacola, FL 32501, at 10:00am. Starting before service at 9:40am, we have a coffee bar open for everyone who is attending. Be sure to swing by early before you head upstairs for service to begin. During service we have a wonderful children’s ministry, First City Kids, for birth through 5th grade. You can check your kids into FC Kids before service on the second floor in the Kids Check-In room. If you are unsure of where you can find this room, please stop by the Welcome Desk and they will be happy to show you to the right area. We would love for you to join us on Sunday! If you have any questions about our service, please email us and we would be happy to help answer those for you. We also stream our services online every Sunday on our Facebook and YouTube pages. It’s a Must

Whenever someone declares “Jesus is Lord!”, that person has forfeited the right to decide which of Jesus’ commands they will obey and which they will ignore. To be a disciple of Jesus is to live a “must” life in a “maybe” world, and this series will examine what that looks like. Join us February 11 through March 17 as we cover six different topics: Death, Birth, Service, Love, Forgiveness and Witness.

Who’s Your One?

2024 Challenge

We are asking each person from FCC to pick 1 other person that does not know Jesus. That 1 other person will be someone you pray over daily, and eventually, within this year, you will share Christ with them. This will look different from person to person, however, we want to be intentional to reach out to a world that does not know Jesus.
If you have not already submitted your “1,” you can do so in the Coffee House each Sunday. If you have already reached your 1 and they have come to know Jesus, then start again with someone new. Lets join together to pray that each and every name listed on the 1 in the Coffee House may come to know the Lord. Pray for opportunities to engage in conversation. Pray that God will open doors, and give you boldness! Pray that the Holy Spirit will give each of us the words to say as we try to reach our 1’s.
So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” Matthew 9:38

Daily Reading Plan

We want to encourage everyone to join us for our 2024 Reading Plan. The last few years we have provided a Bible Reading Plan for our church to do together. This year you can find the plan that we chose on the YouVersion Bible app. This app is available for free on all Apple and Android products. Once you download the app, search “First City Church” in the discover tab. Select FCC as your church, then you should be able to view/start the plan. Below is more information about what to expect from this year’s Bible Reading Plan. If you have any questions or issues finding the plan, please reach out to us at
Reading the Bible is about a relationship with Jesus. This plan includes three resources to help; daily readings in the New and the Old Testaments, reflective questions for practical insight, and The Bible Project’s video overviews for contextual insight for each book. In 365 days, this plan will cover the whole Bible once and include a bonus round of Gospels and Romans to keep our attention on Jesus.
