FIRST KIDS FAQ

How does check-in work?

You may check in your child at our check in desk, located on the second floor. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

What safety measures are in place?

Your child’s safety is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to a system that creates a safe environment. This means our staff and volunteers in every service and classroom have completed a background check. Our children’s area is monitored by security personnel. Our entire team is thoroughly trained and immersed in a culture of safety and cleanliness with the well being of your child in mind.

Where do we go?

Look for our children’s check in area on the second floor. We will meet your family, check your child into our database system, and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
